Grilled Pesto Salmon


This ones easy...

5-6 oz. salmon fillet, dressed with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Quarter bunch of asparagus, dressed with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Salad greens with half a tomato sliced into 1/4's, dress to your preference.

Serves 1

Turn your grill on high and grill asparagus for 3 minutes turning once. Remove asparagus from grill and set aside.

Apply olive oil to grill grate to keep salmon from sticking. Place salmon fillets skin side down and grill for 3 minutes on each side. Grill for 1 more minute, skin side down with one tablespoon of pesto on top.

Let stand for another couple minutes and serve. Oh so good.
